By downloading or using the Arwy app, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the App.
1. General Provisions
Arwy ("the Platform", "the App") is a mobile application offering digital reading and writing services. The Platform lets users create, read and share literary works.
These terms apply to all natural persons ("User") who use the Platform.
2. Account Creation and Security
2.1 Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Users under 18 cannot access chapters marked as adult content.
- For email registration you must use a valid email address that belongs to you.
- If you sign in with Google, Google's terms of service also apply.
2.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for the security of your account.
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- If you notice unauthorized access to your account, report it immediately to info@arwy.life.
- You may not transfer or sell an account to others.
3. User Content
3.1 Content Ownership
You own the copyright to the works you publish on the Platform. You grant Arwy only a limited, non-exclusive license to display, back up and distribute the content within the Platform.
3.2 Content Responsibility
You are fully responsible for the content you publish. The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Child abuse or any content that targets minors
- Hate speech, racism or discriminatory material
- Content that infringes copyright
- Misleading, deceptive or fake content
- Spam or repetitive commercial content
- Content that exposes personal data (doxxing)
- Content that incites violence or supports terrorism

3.3 Content Warnings
Marking the relevant content warnings is mandatory for chapters containing adult content, violence, horror or sensitive themes. Accounts that publish without meeting this obligation may face action.
4. Platform Rules
4.1 Prohibited Behavior
- Harassing, threatening or disturbing other users
- Attempting unauthorized access to others' accounts
- Using the Platform with automated tools (bots)
- Attempting to damage the Platform's technical infrastructure
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
4.2 Intellectual Property
The Arwy brand, logo, interface and software are all rights reserved and may not be copied or used without permission.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
Arwy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Depending on the type of violation:
- Minor violations: warning and content removal
- Repeated violations: temporary suspension
- Serious violations (child safety, criminal content, etc.): immediate permanent closure and notification to authorities

6. Limitation of Liability
The Arwy platform is provided "as is". We do not accept liability for:
- Damages arising from content published by users
- Technical failures or data loss (although we provide backup infrastructure)
- Problems arising from third-party services
- Access problems arising from internet connectivity
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. With respect to the protection of personal data, the provisions of Law No. 6698 (KVKK) apply.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. When there are significant changes, you will be informed via an in-app notification or by email. Continuing to use the Platform after changes are published means you accept them.
