Account Deletion Request
If you want to delete your account and all your data, you can follow the steps below.
In the app:
- Open the app and go to your profile
- Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account
- Confirm — your account and data are deleted within 30 days
By email:
- Email info@arwy.life with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
- State your registered email address and username
- We will respond within 48 hours and start the process

In the app, go to "My Books" and delete the relevant work.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Email info@arwy.life with the subject "Data Access Request". We will send your data within 30 days.
I want to report a piece of content.
In the app, use the "Report" option from the ⋮ menu on the content, or email us.
I forgot my password.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
Response Times
- Child safety reports: immediate (max. 24 hours)
- Account and data deletion requests: 48 hours
- General support: 48–72 hours
