Arwy treats the safety of children as its highest priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAM). Such content is removed immediately when detected and reported to the competent authorities.
1. Age Limits and Access Control
1.1 Minimum Age
To register on Arwy, a user must be at least 13 years old. Our app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group.
1.2 Adult Content Restriction
Adult content (erotica, intense violence, sensitive themes) exists on our platform. Access to such content is available only:
- to users who are 18 or older
- in chapters marked with a content warning
- with the user's explicit consent
2. Measures for Child Safety
2.1 Content Moderation
- Any content that targets or exploits minors is strictly prohibited on the platform
- Suspicious content is reviewed within 24 hours of detection
- CSAM content is removed immediately and reported to Türkiye's competent authorities (BTK, Police)
- Globally, NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) reporting channels are used
2.2 Messaging Restrictions for Minors
- Direct messages from unknown adults are restricted
- Privacy settings let users control who can message them
- Disturbing messages can be reported easily
2.3 Content Warning System
Content warnings are mandatory before each chapter is published:
- Adult content
- Sensitive themes
- Violence
- Horror
- Negative behavior
3. Reports and Complaints
3.1 Reporting
If you detect any content or behavior that threatens child safety:
- Use the "Report" button inside the app
- Email us directly at info@arwy.life
- In emergencies, the Türkiye hotline: 155 (Police)
3.2 Review Process
- All child-safety reports are handled with priority
- CSAM reports are processed without any delay
- For criminal content, we cooperate fully with the relevant authorities
4. Information for Parents
If you have learned that your child uses Arwy and you request that the account be closed:
- Email info@arwy.life with the subject "Parent Request"
- Share your child's account information
- You will receive a response within 48 hours
- Once the request is confirmed, the account and related data are deleted

- Türkiye: Law No. 5651 on Regulating Publications on the Internet
- Türkiye: Turkish Penal Code (offenses against children)
